WHAT IS DUMP ROCK?
Dump rock is aggregates of rock that are derived in the course of mining. Either through drilling or blasting, where it is then crushed and screened to different sizes and reused in construction or landscaping.
There is a large variety of colours available, some more available than others, depending on where the rock was extracted from.
HOW IS IT USED?
- used as a filler for big projects
- used for foundation laying
- french drains
- filling gabion baskets
- used to decorate a garden (hardscaping)
- can be used with paving and cladding products to enhance the appeal of a landscape design
- used as a ground cover
- used as edging for garden beds
