Delivery Policy

We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Depending on the location of Purchaser and item size, orders will either be delivered by Courier or by Nicolas Plants. We will confirm this via telephone or email.

PLEASE NOTE: Nicolas Plants reserves the right to enter into a customer’s property.

Our vehicles are not allowed to enter any property (freestanding, complex or estate), unless authorized and supervised by the property owner or body corporate, and hereby the property owner takes full ownership of any damages that may be caused by our vehicles, deliberately or unintentionally.   


Delivery and Courier costs (We courier nationwide)

Please note: Small items will be sent via Courier and large items will be delivered by Nicolas Plants. Large items such as concrete pots and trees are unfortunately not available for delivery outside of Gauteng.

Delivery Charges:

1 Ton: R500.00

1-2 Tons: R600.00

2-3 Tons: R800.00

3-4 Tons: R1000.00

Bulk Rock Delivery Charges:


1-2 Tons: R695.00 (Crane Truck)

3-8 Tons: R999.00 (Crane Truck)


1 Ton: R500.00 (1 Ton Vehicle)

Accepted Payment Methods

Currently we only accept Bank to Bank (EFT) payments. (Proof of Payment is required to process your order)


Nicolas Plants is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping via Courier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Nicolas Plants is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit delivery done by Nicolas Plants, thereafter Nicolas Plants is not liable for any products damaged or lost once signed over to the Purchaser.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (unless prior arrangements have been made with Nicolas Plants). 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
